Chelsea Upchurch, Founder

Chelsea Upchurch is a proud 4th generation Bull City native and the founder of Green Hill Contracting. She partnered with Ken Combs, owner of CQC Home, to create Green Hill and serve clients that wanted the CQC experience of client communication and quality, but project size fell outside CQC’s scope of business. Chelsea’s executive recruitment background and MBA from NC State have created the foundation for her to identify top talent for renovation project success and provide excellent client communication throughout the renovation process.

In Chelsea’s free time, you can find her golfing, playing pickleball, or spending time with her horses and mini donkeys out in Stem, NC.

Allison Hensgen, Project Manager

Allison is a seasoned project manager with four years of invaluable experience in the industry. With a proven track record of driving results, Allison specializes in meticulous planning, precise scheduling, and strategic resource allocation to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. With a degree in Interior Design and Architecture, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. In addition to her design prowess, she is also a licensed real estate broker, bringing a unique perspective to the table. Allison kick-started her career in the dynamic world of entrepreneurship, leading a Food Truck venture in Raleigh, NC. Through dedication and innovation, she transformed the business into the #1 food truck in the area, honing their skills in project management, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence along the way. Now, she brings her passion for excellence and proven project management expertise to our remodeling company.

Eric Adams, Carpenter

Eric has been a Dedicated Subcontractor with a strong command of all aspects of contracts and agreements. Adept at organizing a workforce for maximum efficiency, coordinating paperwork with the general contractor, success through hard work, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Also, mobilizing equipment to and from a job site as needed. Ambitious professional with an attractive repertoire of experiences. Eric has been in the field full-time since 2019. He is well-versed in the art of carpentry.

Eric is the very proud father of three young gentlemen, he cares for his elderly mother, and he is the ‘Fur’ther of a Chinese Shar-Pei. For fun, Eric loves to cook, swim, and play chess with his sons, and he has a deep passion for shooting various firearms at the rifle range (Marine Corps veteran). He also loves to learn new things in carpentry to further develop his skills in the trade.
