4. Review Your Proposal

After all materials are selected, ordered, and received, we’ll schedule a walkthrough with our project management team. During this meeting, we’ll discuss the project timeline and logistics to ensure everything is on track.

8. Prepare Your Home for Renovation

Clear out the areas being remodeled and make any necessary preparations, such as setting up temporary living spaces. Our team will guide you through this process to minimize disruption and keep everything organized.

9. Begin the Project & Monitor Progress

Once construction begins, stay informed through our BuilderTrend client portal, where you can track progress and communicate with our team. We prioritize regular updates and clear communication to keep you involved every step of the way.

10. Conduct a Final Walkthrough & Inspection

As your project wraps up, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough with you to review the work and ensure every detail meets your expectations. Any adjustments will be addressed before we consider the project complete.
